Chatterboxes is a Certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). Our owners and leaders are practicing clinicians, so clinical quality — not billable hours — drives how we grow, who we hire and how we support our team.
[Certifying body and certification number, if you'd like to display them]
We're guided by the Sanctuary Model, a trauma-informed framework for building a safe, healthy organizational culture. It shapes how we treat clients, families and each other — with shared commitments to nonviolence, emotional intelligence, open communication and growth.
[Optional: your Sanctuary certification status or a quote from a Sanctuary leader]
Happy, supported clinicians provide better care. We invest in mentorship, reasonable caseloads, ongoing training and a leadership team that understands the work — because they do it too.
Clients lead. We honor every identity and communication style, set goals together, and measure success by what matters in each person's life — not by how closely they match a norm.
Trainings our clinicians have led, conferences we've presented at, and moments from our team gatherings.
